Terms of Service

By creating an account or using awardparty.app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The service is provided by Award Party at awardparty.app. Contact hello@awardparty.app with questions.

Award Party lets you create private award-show prediction parties, invite people, collect votes, chat in a party, follow a live leaderboard, and share recaps. Features such as Party Pass, reminders, and recaps may change as we ship updates.

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account from Manage account or by emailing hello@awardparty.app.

Party names, votes, chat messages, and other content you submit stay associated with your account and the party. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.

Public recap links work for anyone who has the link. Invite codes let others join a party. You are responsible for who you invite.

Some party features require a one-time Party Pass payment processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are handled on Stripe Checkout. Refund requests can be sent to hello@awardparty.app; whether a refund is available depends on the purchase and applicable payment-provider rules.

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other parties, scrape the product in a way that harms the service, or use Award Party to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We aim to keep Award Party available, including as an installable web app, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, live results timing, or that a particular award show will remain listed.

Award Party is provided as-is for entertainment. We are not affiliated with the Academy, the Television Academy, or other award organizations unless we say so. Predictions, scores, and recaps are not official results.

To the extent allowed by law, Award Party is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the service. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

You may stop using Award Party and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we must shut the service down. Provisions that should survive (for example, disclaimers) continue after the account ends.

We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top is the latest revision. If you continue to use Award Party after an update, the revised terms apply.
