For companies and teams

The office Oscar pool, without the spreadsheet

Host an Oscars pool for your coworkers or your clients, then keep the game going all year. A company pool covers every award show on Award Party for 12 months, from the Golden Globes and the Grammys to the Oscars and the Emmys.

The Oscars are on Sunday, March 14, 2027.

Tried on a real client list

One link, 39 companies, 115 ballots

Last Oscars season, an ad tech company used Award Party to run an Oscars pool for its agency clients. 119 people joined from 39 companies, and 115 of them made their picks before the show.

How it works

Three steps for the organizer

  1. 1

    Get your private pool

Tell us who it's for and roughly how many people. We set up your company pool for the next 12 months of award shows, with a party for each show and one invite link for each party.

  2. 2

    Send one link

Drop it in an email, a Slack channel, or a client newsletter. Guests join on a phone or laptop and make their picks any time before the deadline.

  3. 3

Watch the leaderboard on Oscar night

Scores update as each winner is announced. Put the leaderboard on the office TV or share your screen on a call. After the show, the group gets a recap, and the next show's party is ready when the nominations are.

What your company gets

  • Every award show for 12 months

The Golden Globes, Critics Choice, the Grammys, the Oscars, the Emmys, and the rest of the shows on Award Party. Each show gets its own party for your group.

  • More than one party per show

Our largest package lets you run separate parties for the same show: one for clients, one for staff, or one for each office.

  • A private pool

Only people with your link can join. No public contest and no strangers.

  • Picks before the show

The full Oscars ballot, ready on any phone. Guests can change their picks until the deadline.

  • A live leaderboard

Scores move as winners are announced, so the room suddenly cares about Best Sound.

  • A recap after the show

Final standings, the winner, and the biggest swings of the night on one page you can share.

In progress for company pools

  • Your company's look

We're adding company branding: your name, logo, and colors on the pool and its invites. Ask about it when you reach out.

  • A view for the office TV

A full-screen leaderboard made for a big screen is on the way. Until then, the regular leaderboard runs in any browser you put on the TV.

Two ways companies use it

For clients

Client entertainment that reaches everyone

A dinner or a suite reaches the few people who can make it. An Oscars pool reaches your whole client list, wherever they work, and a company pool brings them back at every award show for a year. It fits teams in ad tech, CTV, and TV or streaming ad sales, where clients already care who wins.

For your team

A culture moment that takes one link

No venue, no catering, and no calendar invite people dread. Coworkers in the office and coworkers working remotely play the same game, and the leaderboard comes back at every award show of the year.

Questions from organizers

Is it just the Oscars?▾

No. The Oscars on Sunday, March 14, 2027 are the headline, but a company pool covers every award show on Award Party for 12 months, including the Golden Globes, Critics Choice, the Grammys, and the Emmys. Each show gets its own party.

Can we run separate pools for clients and staff?▾

Yes, with our largest package. It allows more than one party per show, so you can run one for clients, one for staff, or one for each office. Our other packages include one party per show.

How many people can join a company Oscar pool?▾

Company pools are set up for your whole group, whether that's 20 coworkers or a few hundred clients. Tell us roughly how many people you expect and we'll size the pool for you.

How much does it cost?▾

It depends on the size of your group and how many parties you need. Every company package covers 12 months of award shows. Send us a note with your group size and we'll reply with options. If you want to try it first, anyone can start a free party for up to 5 people.

Do our guests need to download an app?▾

No. Guests join from the invite link in any browser, on a phone or a laptop. They create a free account so their picks are saved.

When do picks lock?▾

You choose the deadline. A good default is to lock picks when the broadcast starts on Sunday, March 14, 2027, so nobody can wait for the winners.

Can remote employees and clients in other cities play?▾

Yes. Everyone plays on their own device, so the office, remote teammates, and clients in other cities are all in the same pool and on the same leaderboard.

Can we put our logo on it?▾

Company branding, with your name, logo, and colors on the pool and its invites, is in progress. Tell us you want it when you reach out and we'll let you know where it stands for your pool.

Is there betting or a buy-in?▾

No. Award Party is for bragging rights. There's no betting and no buy-in, which keeps it simple for a workplace or a client list. If you want to give the winner a prize, that's up to you.

Is this an official Oscars product?▾

No. Award Party is an independent prediction game and is not affiliated with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
